How about bondage?
While I have dabbled in bondage in my personal life, I generally preferd not to be tied up during my escort years. There are obvious trust and safety issues involved, and I did not find the extra income to be worth taking the inherent risks. I was occasionally tied up by a small number of clients I knew extremely well, but I did undertake this lightly.
As for tying someone up, I did this on occasion but have never felt very confident in my skills doing so. I am willing to help a partner experiment with being tied up, but clients may be better served finding a more experienced professional master.
