How do I arrange a trip?
Just give me a call, or better yet, write me an e-mail with your trip proposal. If you let me know the approximate dates you are thinking of, I will tell you about my availability. Similarly, if you let me know how long the trip would be, I will be happy to provide you with an estimate of my fee.
When I fly I travel out of Newark Airport. I prefer to fly Continental or Northwest if possible. If this is not convenient, United or Delta are good second choices. In the end though I am happy to fly on any airline you choose to book me. Regarding seating, I am happy to fly coach, although I certainly won't argue if you insist I fly first class. Once you have researched plane fares and are ready to purchase a ticket, I will give you my legal name (required for the ticket) and mailing address.
I have few requirements during my visit, other than that I be allowed to get a decent night's sleep now and then. I am also semi-vegeterian. I still eat seafood, but I do not eat any other meat. Fortunately I eat everything else, so I am easy to feed.
I may also want to access e-mail on occasion to make sure that my homelife hasn't fallen apart in my absence. I am fully aware that I am on a trip at the client's wishes, and do not check my e-mail if it is inconvienent for the client in any way.
